In this era of significant healthcare challenges facing our community and the nation, forty-five (45) million uninsured, there is a demand for excellent, cost-effective, customer-driven health care that exceeds the expectations of those that we serve. Moving forward and staying current requires a continuous drive for quality improvement. Raising the health status of our community and encouraging individuals to “take charge” of their health will require community partnerships, time, financial resources, but most importantly, a steadfast commitment to putting the customer first.
