Adults are living longer than ever before. Many seniors live active and healthy lives. But aging is inevitable. As individuals age their minds and bodies change. JTCHC helps seniors to embrace this change. Our open access services provides seniors with annual immunizations, nutrition counseling, mental health wellness, diabetes care, podiatry, hypertension control, oral health and the opportunity to stay healthy and active as they age.

JTCHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare a variety of HMO’s and is involved in programs to assist seniors with prescription drug coverage. Additionally, JTCHC is an active participant in activities sponsored by the Miami-Dade County Mayor’s Initiative on Aging.
