Nearly 7 million individuals nationwide have wounds that are recurring or slow-to-heal. These chronic wounds are usually as a result of serious health problems like diabetes, heart disease, burns, circulation disorders and many other conditions. They put the individual at risk for serious infection and possibly amputation.

The Wound Care program at JTCHC is designed to provide specialized care to individuals with chronic static ulcers, varicose vein ulcers, diabetic sores, burns, dog bites, boils, blisters, septic or non-septic wounds and much more.

At the JTCHC Wound Care program, we understand that acute and chronic wounds can cause discomfort and may even limit an individual’s ability to engage in routine day-to-day activities. Our ultimate goal is to help wounds heal quickly, ultimately allowing the individual to experience greater comfort and an improved quality of life.
